All I Need to Know

This image is the beginning of my Spiritual Awakening when I was 24 years old in Mt. Shasta 1974. For all the years I have had of Spiritual Training and hours of Spiritual practice I have engaged into, I have realized 3 Truths.

1- We all have a Guardian Angel. Get to know your Guardian Angel, sit down get quite and listen. 2 God is everywhere and in everything. Realized this and act accordingly. The first two lessons I learned from the nuns at age five. Its all I ever needed to know. All dogma and the thickets of rules and regulations are not needed if you realize the first two realizations.

3- My husband Matt shared the third realization. Everyone has a moral compass deep in their heart. When you are in bed in the middle of the night when your thoughts calm down everyone knows right from wrong. Follow your morral compass, deep in your heart you never get lost when used properly.
